Autumn is characterized by falling leaves forming thick layers in gardens and on sidewalks, giving a golden tone to the landscape. This screensaver features five different high-quality paintings of Autumn scenes. We can see a stone bridge, a New England street scene, a beautiful windmill, a marshland scene and a farm with hay bales, all of them showing a background of golden trees.
The screensaver has a simple control panel that allows you to set up the size of the images appearing on your desktop. Thus, you can choose to show them in a postcard size with a black edge, in full screen or anything in between. You can set up the duration of each image on the screen. Also, you can choose to show or hide the paintings' titles and copyright information. If you have a graphic card capable of displaying than 250 colors, you can enable the 24-bit option to enhance the quality of the images displayed.
When you're installing the program, it asks you to install additional programs such as a toolbar, a registry tool and a set of emoticons. You can decline such installations, though, and still have the screensaver installed on your system. |
